Exchanges and Returns
We offer refunds and exchanges to our products within 14 days of receiving your order. Send us an email to go through your options. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of earrings, solid gold, custom pieces, or if you have previously worn your jewelry.
Incorrect order received? While rare, we are human! Please contact us upon receipt by sending us a picture of your order to allow us to rectify the error.
If you order a bracelet and would like it to be resized, we will do that without charge! We want your pieces fitting perfectly. You can either mail it back to us, or, drop it off at our pick up location.
We are not responsible for incurring the return shipping costs. When shipping an item back to us, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost merchandise.
All made to order pieces are charged at the time of purchase and are final sale.
